AI Data Analyst
An AI data analyst is software that performs the core work of a human data analyst–translating business questions into queries, running them, and explaining the results–using AI.
Most companies have far more data questions than analysts. The result is a queue: marketing waits days for a churn breakdown, a founder eyeballs the database directly, decisions get made on stale numbers. An AI data analyst absorbs that long tail of routine questions–the "what was X last month, split by Y" requests that fill an analyst's backlog–and answers them in seconds. This does not replace skilled analysts; it frees them for the work that actually needs judgment, while everyone else stops waiting in line.
