How does the Pro plan work?
Pro costs $20 per user per month and includes managed AI, dashboards, unlimited workflows, and webhook integrations. Each successful monthly payment adds $20 to that user’s credit balance, excluding taxes.
What AI models are available?
We manage the AI for you. You do not need to choose between free and premium models or configure a model provider.
Can I try before I pay?
You can create an account before subscribing. AI usage requires credits, which you can add through a subscription or a top-up.
Are there any contracts?
Pro and Team are available as monthly or annual subscriptions. You can cancel future renewals at any time. Enterprise terms are agreed separately.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Cancellation stops your next renewal. Subscription features remain available through your paid billing period, and your unused credits do not expire.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. The methods available for your location are shown at checkout. Contact us to discuss enterprise payment requirements.
Are there per-seat fees for team members?
Yes. Pro is $20 per user per month and Team is $50 per user per month. Each user has an individual credit balance.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is 20% less than twelve monthly payments: $192 per user for Pro or $480 for Team. The full payment is added as credits upfront, excluding taxes.
What happens when my credits run out?
AI usage pauses until you add credits. Top-ups are available in $10, $25, $50, and $100 amounts. Credits do not expire or reset each month.
Can I self-host AI for Database?
The self-hosting option remains available separately. Contact us to discuss running AI for Database in your own environment.
